I have to go celebrate. I shot though constant clouds, (70% sky covered) but managed to get dozens of photos. This is just one from early on. I will have to post tomorrow. Every afternoon has been cloudy, and most mornings too, but today I got a small break and grabbed camera to get this. It's been 2 weeks since I've been able to post something! Sheesh! And this week was a good time to be looking, drat these clouds!

My high power gigawatt laser cloud zapper blew a fuse, so I was forced to shoot today through clouds. Not very impressive

I went out to play today and forgot all about the sun, until it was only 15° above the horizon. I think I'm lucky to have gotten the quality that I have!

My Luck held out! Despite gusty conditions, clouds cleared and I got this nice shot. Some new spots coming into view in both hemispheres!

I got too busy yesterday to be able to get time to process and post this. I am very fortunate to have taken it in the morning, because we had nothing but heavy rain clouds all afternoon. It certainly is a spectacular sunspot group!
