Hi, Does anyone know or has used an Atik 314L+ mono for solar H-alpha imaging ? It has 6.46 micron pixels, is a cooled camera. I have a 1 TB SSD (NVMe) on an old HP laptop and 16 GB RAM and it gets about 64 fps on a normal image size of a ASI 174mm I think in SharpCap.

I am still thinking of the 2024 April eclipse in USA, but there is another total eclipse in 2026 in Europe (Spain and Portugal). This may be a better option and gives me more time to prepare....
