My session time was from 14:14 until 14:50 UTC. The skies were partly cloudy with below average seeing. The temperature was 53F ( 11.6C ) Breezy. This Smarteye eyepiece is very interesting, thank you. Do we know the cost ? It sounds like it stacks live images the way the Seestar does but for viewing only, not photography, if I understand well. It certainly would make a good addition to an observing kit, if it works they way it is advertised....

Nice work Pedro. I am always a fan of your last four light image composite. It shows me most of what is going on at a glance and that is important on cloudy days like today when I could not observe or image the Sun for myself.

The seeing is very intermittent, At times poor and at other times very good. During the good moments the detail shown is really nice! There is a lot going on here. Very well captured despite the issues.

Very nice work Eric. I usually prefer positive images on average but your second image, an inverted full disc is absolutely awesome. My favorite of an already great run of images.

I noticed the double scope AZ mount from Sky-Watcher. I would love this. That tandem capability on an Altazimuth mount is what I love the most about my Losmandy AZ8. Warren, The biggest difference I see between a Lunt CaK wedge and the Antlia K-Line filter is the contrast between light and dark areas. The faculae/plage stands out so much better in a Lunt module. Today I decided to image in K-Line to try out a new 40mm mask for my AT72EDII that I made from a peanut butter plastic jar lid. It worked fine.
