Yes I am aware the order , it was a compliment that the close up could be further cropped and still be well worthy of SPOD.

The amount of fine detail when closely examined remains as sharp as when viewed as a whole, very nice indeed. Congrats on the SPOD but maybe they should post a close up of the image instead.

An I R / UV cut filter is used as an erf or energy rejection filter placed on the nose of your diagonal for scopes 80mm and above when using a Daystar Quark Chromosphere, A UHC filter will not work and a proper erf filter should be used instead.

Sounds rather expensive for information most of wich is in the public domain and readily downloadable as .pdf, Keywords+pdf...A little paper and a printer the whole works printer and cartriges included would be way less than 240. A real nice run of images Stu, and those close ups are fantastic the h alpha disks very much what I observed and those couple short wide filaments most noticable today in the eyepiece.

They are predicting official AR's and these new spots have polarity marking them SS25 so all three will be as such, thanks James indeed.
