Also, what is the best way to make a perfect focus if i don't have an autofocuser or a motor for that? I mean how could i make a perfect focus manually, so even if i can make a right sampling then bad focusing will also ruin it.

Dennis makes a very good point. The Sharpstar 94 has a rather fast focal rato to be used with a Quark, it won't show a lot of contrast. I think you will like the Gband filter. The Altair model is better than the Edmund Optical filter I have. Lower bandpass. I only see Altair model anyway, i didn't know about the other model until you mentioned it, i am going for Altair version because i believe it is narrower so more contrast maybe...
