Thanks for the kind comments. The seeing was about 3 arc sec on the meter so not tooo detailed. Good to see some activity and pleased with the even image, the Lunt pressure tuner does well and a luckily even double stack etalon which needs very little tilt!

Silly suggestion... do you press "guide" on the hsg.

I have had some odd drift experiences with this device but as far as I can remember they all involved the multipin connector to the hsg not being fully inserted.

Such a good device. Sorry about your frustration.

It does sound like solar tracking or sidereal tracking not swithched on to me too...
