Sometimes I find that ImPPG doesn't work that well and I align in Registax instead and before the stacking tab I export all the separate images instead. I always find Registax does a very good job of ...

Re: Anybody want to share their unprocessed source AVIs

Hello Jack, Last night I managed to find one in the archive from 2nd October 2016 which was AVI and only 350MB in size. Good job as it took an hour to upload, I can't imagine how long it would take to do 5GB  I am also not sure if we have a upload restriction each month, I know that we have o...

I wouldn't recommend using Registax wavelets for solar. Place your ASK3 stacked image in ImPPG and do your sharpening in that :)

I wish I could see that much, we are virtually flooded out after a week of non-stop rain. Looks like it has actually stopped this lunchtime, I wonder if I will see a Dove with an olive branch ;)

Re: Anybody want to share their unprocessed source AVIs

Thanks Jack, I won't be home from work until bedtime tonight so I will have to look after work tomorrow or the weekend. All my files are 4.6GB so I will have to search through my archives to see if I have any smaller.
