Is this at prime focus - no barlow?

My experience with double stacking CaK; try reversing the order of the filters in the optical chain, one way will work better (produce tighter bandwidth than the other), when this is established find a solution to fine tilt the filter closest to the camera to fine tune the CWL...

I don't think your disk is too bad at all. I would suggest spending some time on concentrating on tuning, appreciate what is difference being either side of 'on band'. This will be a lot easier to do with the camera rather than visually. I'm not personally intimate with the 80MT, but are there allen...

Welcome to the forum! You are going to end up with a physicaly large scope here - long with large turning moment due to weight of etalon,(assuming you want reasonable aperture) - as such a similar such mount will be needed. Things like focuser arrangements need to be beefy and ideally screw thread. ...
