Very nice CaK there Ella! Which Bresser scope are you using here? Hi Mark, just the cheapie bresser achromatic 100mm f10 stopped down to 80mm. For full disks and proms try stopping down to 60mm, you're not going to lose any resolution but you will get a bit more contrast, especially with the proms.

Hi Steen!

I love the 183mm for full disks, it is perfect up to around 800mm focal length.

Franco, they are 'one shots' - disk and proms captured in the same image, I just pull the proms out with the shadows and highlights function, they are quite easy to pull out. I do find the proms easier to capture in CaK than Ha, but I also find they have subtly different structures.

Have you got a float for your car keys? If you capsize and they go in the water you will be glad you have one else you'll be diving to the lake bed to retrieve them.
