I love the 183mm for full disks, it is perfect up to around 800mm focal length.

I’m not sure how much further tweaking you could do, but I’m sure you’ll eventually squeeze out every last drop of capability from your setup. :D Thanks Stu, it's an iterative (obsessive?) approach. Franco, they are 'one shots' - disk and proms captured in the same image, I just pull the proms out with the shadows and highlights function, they are quite easy to pull out. I do find the proms easier to capture in CaK than Ha, but I also find they have subtly different structures.

Have you got a float for your car keys? If you capsize and they go in the water you will be glad you have one else you'll be diving to the lake bed to retrieve them.
