Hi Jim,
Lunt 100DS with ZWO 432mm @ F35.
Exp 7.5ms with 190 Gain.
I think ROI was 1050 x 1050 giving 132 fps.
Histrogram at 50% peak.

Very interesting! This is probably a stupid question, but if the plasma in the void is hotter than the surrounding material, why does it appear darker? Eruptive prominence associated with flare

A flare occurred just over the equatorial west limb. The flare was not visible, but the eruptive prominence it produced was quite dynamic.
