Yes, the neverending battle against dust motes...exacerbated by spring pollen and shedding trees. Perhaps they make an "autoblower" for such purposes :cool: The Trigger Threshold was 1.6 and the Discard Threshold was 2.4. I try to strike a balance on these settings based on the prevailing ...

This is a great first animation. I also use Firecapture with SSM and it works very well using the plug in developed by PDB (user on SolarChat).

Thanks to all who chimed in. It has cleared some things up for me (excuse the pun :P ). I can see how they benefit the image through narrowing the wavelength the camera is recording.
