Beautiful proms these days, the solar limb is very active. Tried to image the same proms in CaK but they were faint and no comparable to H-alpha view.

Great detail. Why did you stack so many frames ? were they all good ? In CaK I usually stack no more than 50 frames.

Nice pictures. Yes the region is declining, in WL is almost impossible to detect but it remains interesting in H-alpha and Calcium light.

Spring has arrived, finally, and temperatures are rising, hope this damned virus can find the climate increasingly uncomfortable...

CaK dics is of yesterday in very poor seeing, today was better but still not steady. The flame-like prom on the E limb is still persisting.

A featureless disc however fine images, as usual. Based on meteo maps you will enjoy the anticyclone for a few more days.
