Collimated my C9.25 last week as well (just for nighttime visual use though); it does get easier the more you do it indeed.

You seem to have everything set up perfectly though. Very nice results!

Another +1 for the Hyperion Zoom here. The flexibility of a good zoom is hard to beat for these type of situations.
