Re: Lunt LS60 & USB Controller
Unit on its way back from Bresser - a fault was discovered with a leak in the internal compressor unit - which was replaced. Hopefully I'll get to test it before the sun gets too low.
Call me Geoff.

Doesn't mean I know what I'm doing, though!

Re: Lunt LS60 & USB Controller
Och well.
That's 'scope and controller on their way to Germany for checking. Pricey on p&p - hope Wolfgang and co find something again!
Got to rebalance the rig as there's only the 102 for CaK on the mount for the next wee while. Once we get rid of this overcastness of today!

Oh sh**.
Package received and signed for. Then lost within Bresser for 10 days, despite clear label Repair Dept!
It'll be a further week before it can be seen...

'Scope tests as OK.
Another leak in the controller!
I'm cursed! Especially as the sun has favoured us over last few days!

That's not good -there can't be that many parts to go wrong, do you know a friendly gas fitter who can look at it locally?

Re: Lunt LS60 & USB Controller
Chuckles!
Bresser say, so far, things are looking good pressure-wise, with whatever change they've made.
You're right, though, there aren't that many parts in the inner box (as earlier images).
At the price this thing was it ought to be more robust!

Re: Lunt LS60 & USB Controller
Looking forward to seeing the toys back home - hopefully the clouds will have cleared by then!leaks at the controller are extremely rare. Your case was the first time that something like this happened twice to a customer. If there is a leak, it can unfortunately only be repaired by our technicians.
Call me Geoff.
