Hello, could someone help me with this problem?
The system consists of Coronado SolarMax III 90mm f / 8.8 Double-Stacked H-alpha Solar Telescope 15mm Blocking and an ASI 183 MM camera.
When I increase the gain of the camera or increase the exposure time to capture the solar prominences, a grid pattern appears in the image like the one in the photo.

Hi,
Is the image in the screen at 100% size ? For better appreciation please post the full screen shot and best is to use the snipping tool ...
At a certain zooming value there can appear a so called Moiré effect which could make similar things like you see or maybe better said interference patterns between the monitor and the image ...

Hi there and welcome to the forum!
183s do it with Ha, if you can't flat it away there's little you can do. Personally I would suggest ditching it and getting another camera.

Hi,
https://astronomy.tools/calculators/field_of_view/ is the tool to use to get the best idea of what you want to do for Solar etc., imaging.
You will need to fill in the various options that you either have or want to try-out with any particular camera to see on screen the different results that any specific camera will produce. An immediate comparison with all the options will or can remain on screen to show the differences.

I had to return the ASI 183 to ZWO due to bad fixed pattern noise.
This is also seen in the ASI 178.

They now say on their website that the ASI 183 is not recommended for Ha solar imaging..
