4" red lens F/15 solar scope
I am selling a 4" F/15 single red lens scope that is powder coated white. I have $2300 into, but will let it go for $800. It would be a nice addition to an observatory with a H-alpha filter or a science project. It comes with a homemade PVC case. Note the H-alpha filter, tripod, and dove tail and rings has been sold.

I'll move this into the Solar shop and swap section of the forum so it will be easier for folks to see and find rather than getting lost in the chat

No problem Things for sale usually go in the shop section. All you need to do is post it as usual but in there instead. As things stay for sale for quite some time and nobody will comment then the post would quickly go down the listing in the main Solarchat page and disappear from view. In this section it will stay at the top for ages and is better for you. If you check out the main index page you will see the 'Solar shop and swap' section underneath the SPOD archive

Hi,
Thank you for the info, but I am still not finding shop only. I go to the index, and only find swap and shop. I go to the SPOD archive and don't see anything about shop. I would like to do this right so please help me out here. Thank you, Richard

Richard, you originally posted this in the main Solarchat discussion page. I moved it to here as it was the most appropriate place.
Kind regards

Re: 4" red lens F/15 solar scope
Hi,
Thank you, but how do I find it in the future? I don't see where here is or the link.
Also, some time ago I sent you info where to buy a blocking filter from Germany for your H-alpha scope. Was this helpful. The seller claims he uses something that will not rust like the original filters.
