Problem posting a topic with multiple image links

Post by GreatAttractor »

Hi team,

I had trouble with my topic here: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=31649&p=290231#p290231

It only has a single JPG attached, all other images are inline links to Astrobin. I was unable to create a single post with all of them (the rest of the post would get truncated after first inline image link) - could you have a look? If possible, please merge my posts in that topic into one.

My software:
Stackistry — an open-source cross-platform image stacker
ImPPG — stack post-processing and animation alignment
My images

SW Mak-Cass 127, ATM Hα scopes (90 mm, 200 mm), Lunt LS50THa, ATM SSM, ATM Newt 300/1500 mm, PGR Chameleon 3 mono (ICX445)

Hi Great Attractor!

I saw in your post that you were formatting your image/movie entries as:

6E13C442-ADA4-4E0D-98A0-33218C257C5B.jpeg (113.47 KiB) Viewed 379 times

This shouldn’t actually work at all as the hyperlink has to be surrounded by image tags like this:

95B063B4-3CC8-4FD7-800D-1364C252CF67.jpeg (45.9 KiB) Viewed 379 times

anything between the first bracketed image tag and the closing bracketed img tag is seen as a hyperlink and the result of that hyperlink will be displayed at that point.
