Object Transit during Solar Eclipse - What is it?

I had seen an object Transit the Sun during the Eclipse. I initially thought it was the ISS. But when I went online to check the path of the ISS on Aug. 21, it was not over New Jersey (USA). I was not recording video to my laptop at the time. I saw it on my computer screen. My astronomy club was continuously capturing my desktop feed and broadcasting it on our YouTube channel. So I went back and checked through that video. Here are 3 screenshots.

I assume this is a satellite of some sort. I don't think that it is an airplane.

Any thoughts on what it might be?

There are a lot of satellites orbiting, so this may not be anything significant.

You can also look at 2:24:17 to 2:24:22 in the video feed (see link) to see the object Transit the Sun.

Maybe a cluster of party balloons?

It all depends on speed, did it whiz past in a second or two (the ISS passes in 1 second), or just amble along? It does look like party balloons so I am guessing it moved fairly slow across the disc? (several seconds)
