Sun Dec 3rd

Post by JohnW »

Dec 3rd - Managed a couple of pics of the Sun this morning in Australia - sunny and fairly steady sky.
Both pics are single exposures (canon 550d) with the second one adjusted to show the prominences (although they are weak).
Both show the 3 active regions on display at the moment with new region 2790 coming in on the left (east). AR2786 and 85 will disappear from view soon. Thanks for viewing.
