Hi,

I thought this might be interesting for the Hobby Gardeners around here ...

Here you can see how fast Bamboo grows

On picture Bamboo_03042020 the bamboo was 59 pixels high and on picture Bamboo_07042020 it is 246 pixels high

In 4 days the Bamboo grew 417% :shock:

I did not want to go in there with a measuring tape as there is the Hummingbird nest nearby

:lol: You made me chuckle, how about a timelapse :)

Bamboo is amazing though, when we visited Japan a couple of years ago (on the now famous Diamond Princess) we visited the famous Bamboo forest in Kyoto (was on my bucket list), the guide there told us a new spike can grow a ft per day and you can even see it move. But we didn't see any growing.
