Not knowing where you are, that's a very nice image.
With your camera-settings of f5.6 / 25-secs / ISO 1600 the image has come out very well.
Was this from a dark site and presumably the camera was on a tracking-mount ?

The colours coming from this comet are very unusual, have any other comets been a green blue colour?
