Hello,
It could possibly be the Calcium K spicule layer but as you are using a wide band Baader K line I am not so sure. Usually it is very difficult to view the spicule layer even with a 2.2A Calcium K filter, so I would think a 80A wide filter would not be possible. I could be wrong?
I would presume it would more likely be a stacking error (slight) if you had bad seeing and had a saw tooth edge during capture. It is difficult really to say

It's just a stacking artefact, that's why they are square in shape...
They've been enhanced by sharpening at quite a large radius.

Hi,
I was looking at your images. I know space here in this forum is precious but I think you have applied a too big compression on your JPG images and then square artifacts start to appear.
Try with 100% quality and go slowly down by watching carefully when color patches in form of squares start to appear.
