Solar images April 17 2014

Post by anmalobo »

Hi all:
Today the Sun is very interesting, showing off several groups. Some of them are complexes, containing many spots.
I keep testing my new camera CCD QHY 5 LII (monocrome), so I took images of these groups around 12:00 h UT. The resolution of these images is 1280x960.
I attach an example

The links to these images are:

North is up, and East left

Regards
Angel

Hi:
I used a SC 5 scope(125 mm/5" aperture, 1250 mm focal length (F:10)) + diagonal mirror.
