Sunrise and the Flash

Thought Alexandra may like this.Almost blue but more blue green I feel.Also a collage from yesterday. The bird is a baby Black Shouldered Kite.

Thanks everyone.Pedro I don,t have much of a low Sunset horizon but I,ll make sure I remember that next time I,m on holidays. Franco do you mean the bird shot? Here is a larger pic.

OH WOW!!! what a start to my day, definitely a blue fringe to the green flash, that is superb :bow :bow and the Kite, well, I am speechless :hamster: the detail is incredible, what a magnificent bird :hamster:

What a great shot! I thought I saw the flash today, first time in years. The sky was unusually clear with a yellow rather than red sun going down. I got distracted and when I looked up, I just saw a small green horizontal line (much like the photo) that disappeared in a second or so. I wonder if not seeing the sun before the last instant helped.
