A few images of some fabulous proms..
Lots of sunshine and even more haze but couldn't resist a few shots with the trusty Tal 100 plus Quark Chromosphere:
A 4-pane mosaic showing 2662 and a superb collection of prominences on the Eastern limb
I tried to increase the gamma and exposure to maximise detail in the proms but with limited success
As the haze increased and the seeing deteriorated I decided to try Mark's trick of binning x2 with the Grasshopper:
Quite pleased with the results............... wish I had gone for the 152mm scope now

That's an excellent series of images. I like your processing too. Very crisp and clean.
