Sol from the 13th of April 2018.

Post by eroel »

Hi:
Nice Sunny day with regular seeing, so before lunch aimed at the sun with the Solarmax 90-DS and the 102mm F/9 Meade with a CaK PST mod .
Did not have much time to take more shots, but curiously today I got some bright prominences in CaK.
Tomorrow will go to the rural observatory, hope to get some higher resolution images.
Have a nice and sunny weekend,
Eric.

Beautiful FDs, Eric.

You've certainly mastered CaK imaging, combining wonderful disk and prom details. Nicely done, as always.
