Heya,
If you have a scope, get out there if conditions allow, there's a huge hedge prominence on the limb unlike what we typically see during the minimum. Despite nothing else really on the surface, no active regions, only a few minor filaments, but nothing that at all compares to how impressive this prominence grouping is. Hopefully it will last a while for more folk to see it, truly a spectacle!

Yessir, the observatory is on my 5 acre property with my house. I just moved it farther away for a better chance to clear trees to the East in the mornings for solar.
I'm thinking to add a 16" (400mm) pier extension to gain 15~30 minutes of imaging time in the morning before the clouds show up quickly and before morning seeing deteroriates quickly.
My seeing seems to be good very early, currently between 8~9:30am Eastern Time, but then it falls apart after 10am or 11am depending on conditions, and it's really bad after that. But, it calms again usually around 2pm +/- a little bit. It's horrible after 3pm.
