Early start this morning, looked a bit of a bust when I got up to clouds but they broke around 7:30. Not the best conditions but can't be picky!
White light showed some nice detail including some pores.
Then on to some Ca-K, some proms and some flaring going on in the AR
Grabbed the FD starting with the AR and then came back to the AR to find a little bit of flaring going on
Up close with the AR @2500mm focal length
And then back to 1000mm for proms

Re: May the 6th Solar Activity
I do like the little trail of pores curving away from the main spot, that is lovely little detail. Great images David

Hi David
That is a great series - I had my first session on Monday - saw some of the little pops & fluff - glad to see the pop on your CaK!
