Full Disk from November 22 2019

Post by rsfoto »

Hi,

Strangely the Sun has been rare here at my location in San Luis Potosí in Mexico. Normally November was already a good month but not this year.

I have never seen such a blank Sun  but the seeing was superb, The Sky had a beautiful blue color as rarely seen.

Mosaic from 9 images and as usual best seen in new tab for full size.

Thanks for looking :bow

Rainer:
Very good mosaic my friend, as in San Luis Potosí, at CDMX (México City) it was hazy but Sunny, no clouds around, looks like we are getting a better seeing.
Fuerte abrazo,
Eric.

Lovely disk Rainer. Just cloud and grey here, so nice to see what's going on.

You say blank, but I must say I spent quite a number of minutes just enjoying all the lovely bright spicule bunches all around the disc, what a wonderful texture. I thoroughly enjoyed this :bow :hamster:

With that super tight bandpass double stack you're running there's plenty going on Rainer, not many scopes on the Planet that offer a view like yours. you're a fortunate man!

Very nice FD mosaic Rainer :bow

Too much cloud here to do any observing or imaging, so great to see your pic.
