Thanks
The eclipse was more pronounced around 19:10 UTC. I started imaging later than that

Re: Penumbral Eclipse of the MOON (20200110)
Some lovely images Pedro
The clouds actually parted just to give me a view of the Moon at 19:10UTC on Friday, I could visibly see a darker patch over the big crater side, but not very spectacular.

Re: Penumbral Eclipse of the MOON (20200110)
Actually I have a nice story to tell. I thought that something was wrong with one of my setups (TV101). Part of the Moon was darker and I had the hair drier ready to try to solve the problem. I was not aware that a penumbral eclipse was happening (shame on me, I should know). Having said this I deleted some of the first videos and could not get them back. Only on Sunday I realised that we had a penumbral eclipse on Saturday... lesson learned
BTW great eclipse image Alexandra

Re: Penumbral Eclipse of the MOON (20200110)
you make me laugh Pedro
Pete Lawrence said " If you know the Moon you will notice the eclipse, if you don't, it will look normal"
You know the Moon! but you blamed the equipment

Thanks Alexandra
I knew something was going on, and you're right, I blamed the equipment...
I should not have deleted the first videos. I tried to get them back but it was not that simple since I recorded other stuff on the same directory.
best regards

Hello Pedro.
I hope you are well.
The images are great - subtle but we know what we are looking for!
I missed this here as we were clouded out / smoked out.
