Gorgeous images Robert :bow :hamster: Your Lunt 60 DS is beautifully even, do you take just a one shot or a mosaic? Also which camera do you use / how do you achieve such a perfect even disc?

Thanks Alexandra

I guess as its pressure tuned it is fairly even anyway. The 60mm DS is by chance nearly on band with no tilt and so it is also even. I chose the PGR Chameleon 3 with 3?Mpx chip to get a full disc in one frame and I raise the gamma a bit to get the proms a bit brighter.
I always set it up single stacked and get it even by watching the histogram and an over exposed image. Then add the D S which is screwed on to the optimum rotation (found by experiment) and needs no adjustment.
The Chamelon 3 does not fit a full disk with the ED80 so I use a reducer which I prefer to doing a mosaic.

Best etc...
Robert
