Thanks Terry; all I have, currently, is an opaque sun poking through the thick altostratus.
Call me Geoff.
I do what I do because I want to, and because I can....
Doesn't mean I know what I'm doing, though!

Thanks Geoff and the weather-satellite imagery shows that you should be clear of most clouds this afternoon.

Excellent Nigella and looking forward to seeing your results.
Still cloudy here, so making some F-stops for the ETX-125 to try out whenever...
Cheers

I just got them visually through gaps in the clouds. I'll post the report very shortly.

Re: 22-2-2021 AR2804 CONFIRMED AS NEW IN THE N.CENTRAL
Indeed the second newbie in a day is AR2805 in the South-Central region.
Was hoping to try the first-light imaging with the ETX-125 and R2 Imaging System today, but clouded-out all day, so completed three f-stops instead.
Yes Mark and Alexandra, the Sun has awoken (for now at least)...
CLEAR SKIES
