25 Apr - Hi Res HA and CAK survey with C11
25 Apr - It rains frequently at this time of the year. I am just glad to catch these few images before the rain arrived. The C11 workhorse:
Starting with the active regions in the middle:
AR2828 in HA
AR2818 in CAK
AR2816 in HA
All images were done with ARIES D-ERF at full aperture.
Enjoy.
Alfred

Hi David,
Thank you for your kind words. I was very glad that I covered the equipment as the little pitter patter started and later turned into heavy rain.

Thanks for your kind comments. Remembering what Mark advised, I actually started imaging with a mask and then took the mask off. This time, the seeing was poorer with the mask and seeing became better during the time I took off the mask. And I have better images without the mask. I will be ready to add the mask the next time when I get poor images.

Thanks for your kind compliments, Alexandra. Did you do HA or CAK imaging on your C11?

CaK at the moment as I don't really have a clue with my PST mod. I have no problem with white light on the C11
