Dear all,
A fair amount of good weather have allowed me to image the Sun quite regularly during lunch-break from my home-office. I have, however, not have had time to keep up with the image-processing - until now.
Here's a collection of images from the last couple of weeks. All the images have been taking with the regular setup that I've been using lately (Takahashi Sky-90 II, SolarMax 90 and BF15 filter, Baader 35nm H-Alpha filter, 2x Cemax Barlow and ASI ZWO 1600MM PRO camera mounted on a Paramount ME mount).
I have changed my image-processing flow though. All images are as before from just one recording, but while I earlier selected the disc and processed the disc and the proms independently I'm now mainly using Shadows/Highlights as suggested by Alexandra in an comment to an earlier posting. I think the new processing brings out the proms better, reduces the limb darkening and makes the transition between disc and proms more natural - maybe at the cost of a little less contrast on the disc.
Please let me know what you think.

Arne:
Very good FD´s.
As you say, we do change workflows once in a while to try to get some better results.
Best regards.
Eric.

These are lovely Arne
You have to do what you feel most comfortable doing in processing, what you think looks good and what you think shows what you want to see
I love them
