17.05.2021 Prom at 4 o'clock SW

Post by Rusted »

Unexpected sunshine provided proms and lots of disturbance around the AR.

Please ignore the dates on the images. They should read 17052021.

I changed the usual Lunt S1200 to the PST BF for this nice prom:

My surface images were much less prepossessing:

Excellent captures Chris, even though the date confused me at first - though I'd lost 10-days !! No probs

Thanks vm for sharing

Thank you all. :bow

I'm afraid I added 10 days to the dates on the images.
I spotted it early enough to change the title of the thread.
The images will have to wait until I fire up my laptop later.
Sunshine is promised again for today.
Hopefully the seeing conditions will be better than yesterday [the 17th.] :D
The prom looked fine but the surface was soft all day.
A shame because it looked very disturbed over a huge area.
