Because of the high activity of the AR at the time of recording, Ellerman Boms shimmer through the transparent filament loops.


And in the off-band you can see them very well.

Thank you for your kind comments on the sporting event.

@Nigella: The seeing was very good, as the air circulated well in the storm. The problem was the gusts that the telescope (the set about 90Kg is not easy) danced around, which you can't really use with the 4.8m focal length with the mini cutout.

I never complain about seeing because I have learned that every seeing has short but useful phases. You just have to be patient.
