5th June Active Areas Good seeing H-Alpha

Post by rcwinter »

Hi Everyone

After a week of hell at work, it was really great to get out and see so much activity

The weather is great and seeing is good so took a social approach with a nice ice cold drink and a couple of hours of play.

I powered up the little solar Max 60 with a 5 x PowerMate and ASi 178 camera at 2 x 2 Bin resolution was reasonable

My main scope has the Daystar SE .4 installed with a 3.75 custom Tele-centric Lens which give me close to f28

I inverted one of the images as there is so much detail I kind of like it inverted just a play around to see hw it looked

I hope everyone else is having a great day, I have had my chill out for the day

Richard

Solar imaging is fabulous for the soul, it should be prescribed on the NHS :) I'm glad you had a good time, I did too :)

Super images :bow :hamster:
