good evening to all,
On this 10th of June, the weather was not really on my side at the beginning of the eclipse.
As you can see at 08h45UT, it was rather sad
but looking back on the north side, there was some hope
and, indeed, I missed the beginning of the eclipse but at 09h18UT, I was able to take my first image still in the clouds, for the following ones in a very blue sky
So, with the fs60 equipped with its sm40 double stack, BF10, glasspath x1.7 and zwo178mm
19 films of 1000 images between 09:18 and 11:11 UT
AS!3 processing, photoshop, registax and virtualdub
gif reduced to 50% (4.8Mb)
Xvid reduced to 50% (6.1Mb)
http://www.astrosurf.com/ls35dx/new53/S ... mm-r50.avi
not perfectly aligned with each other because 1) the sun is rotating and especially 2) I switched to the helioscope at maximum and so the following images, the camera had rotated a bit compared to the first ones.
Sincerely
stephane

Re: animation of the partial eclipse of 10 June in halpha
Hi Stefan
Excellent! Super! The processing is very good, everything is soft and at the same time there are many details, beautiful color.
Many were unlucky then with the weather.
I looked from my smartphone, but no matter how hard I tried, the rotation of the Sun did not notice. In general, it's a pity that everything ended so quickly.

Stephane,
That a very beautiful eclipse animation! I can see not only the movement of the moon but also the rotation of the sun and the changes in the prominences on the limb. And that's a really nice solar disc too!
And what a beautiful observing location!
Thanks for sharing.
James
