Yes, although AR2833 is "holding the fort" (so to speak) for now, fast approaching the North and South limbs, are two large Active Regions.
The Northern one showing at present to be the first and larger region to show itself and by 48-hours time from now -(Tuesday 22nd June) both will hopefully give us something to savor...

Re: 20-6-2021 NORTH & SOUTH AR's APPROACHING
Thanks a lot Terry for this.
Actually when I first saw these two ARs approaching yesterday, I thought of you and a possible post from you! ;-)
You were the one to guide me on this solar graph/webpage a couple of months ago, when I was trying to figure out how we can see more than 180 degrees of Sun... ;-)
Best wishes,
Alexandros

Re: 20-6-2021 NORTH & SOUTH AR's APPROACHING
Thank you so much Alexandros.
Yes I remember talking about the other-side. Ideally, it would be so nice to have been able to have the other STEREO satellite in operation, but alas unserviceability does happen.
I dare say that another far-side satellite will be launched in due course, as that far-side is important for a number of reasons to be able to see what is about to happen that could affect earth's infrastructure and satellites...
At least we do get about 3-days warning of what could come into Earths' view...
Regards

21-6-2021 NORTH & SOUTH AR's APPROACHING within 24-hrs
The approaching N.E. AR is known to be quite active and flaring whilst on the "dark-side", so could be interesting.
Both that and the S.E. AR are expected to be visible on Tuesday 22/6.

Re: 20-6-2021 NORTH & SOUTH AR's APPROACHING
I hope a replacement for the defunct STEREO is in the planning. A " far side satellite " I see none in the works. A planned replacement for SDO should be in the plans too. In time it's fuel will run out! In my opinion the SDO is the premier space-based observatory.

Absolutely agree James and definitely SDO is really at the end of its' life, so that replacement must be made.
More important for STEREO and SDO to be replaced than any Mars or Lunar projects, as forecasting Solar effects on Earth should have priority...
