22-6-2021 NE & NW ACTIVITY CLOSE-UP's

Post by EGRAY_OBSERVATORY »

The new AR at the N.E.Limb has a massive amount of plaag, but no apparent spots as yet.
Whereas AR2833 has one obvious spot (not necessarily associated with the main spot) whilst approaching the H.W.Limb.

Two SDO Hi-res images show at 1815z today

I viewed these visually late Tuesday morning. I could see both patches of faculae and one of the small pores above the big spot. I did not see the second one.

Your update verifies my visual sightings. Thanks Terry!

Many thanks Mark, Eric, James, Alexnadra/Alexandra and Ivan.

Still no definate spots in the northern part of the NE Activity, but

A spot is emerging further south (just within the E.Limb) and

further south is another spotless AR too...
