Thanks.
For smooth animations I generate subframes which number depends on time difference between stacks.
This site is private observatory and they have a hotel. One of the best places for planetary imaging in Russia. 43.741121N 42.653800E

An incredible set of images and animations!
Any one of them would be satisfying.
You provided a whole batch of them!
Getting above the ground thermals is a good idea.

Stunning animations, fantastic site, excellent presentation Vladimir!!!
I loved the first H-alpha and the WL animation!
Can you please let us know:
1) What is the duration of the following WL animation and what was the total number number of animation frames?
https://cdn.astrobin.com/images/13275/2 ... ba1fa3.gif
2) What was the altitude at the Shadzhatmaz plateau, where you made the captures? (any measurement of seeing, like SSM?)
Best wishes,
Alexandros

Re: 2020.10.24-28 images set from Shadzhatmaz plateau
Thanks a lot, I'm glad you like it.
About 2100m. I'll try to find SSM records, but that wasn't the best seeing I saw. AR was quite small also.
I had to look for a drill to install mount there
Just 11 minutes. 7 stacks with 45 subframes.H-Alpha wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 2:00 pm 1) What is the duration of the following WL animation and what was the total number number of animation frames?
