22.08.2021 AR2859 near eastern limb

A day of very poor seeing conditions. Mushy and shaky all morning.
Transparency improved towards the end of the afternoon.
Though now the image was boiling furiously.
I had to give up on the 2.6x GPC. So this is a wider view from the 2x GPC.
I was determined to capture the new AR. Just don't shoot the messenger!

My air-rifle is well and truly staying lock-up Chris - so no worries there.
That's still a well-nice close-up and of course our weather has not been playing fair as yet, but the next five-day charts are looking promising for a high-pressure take-over, so hopefully ....
