Dear friends,
Yesterdays FD images in H-Alpha and CaK. Obtaining these was quite challenging. With only 30minutes available before a morning meeting there was limiting time for capturing and with fast low drifting clouds constantly hiding the Sun I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get any results from this session. However, I got lucky and a few recordings was worth processing and presenting.
FD image in H-Alpha using a Coronado 60mm/BF15 w/Beloptik ITF, stopped down to 50mm, Baader 35nm H-Alpha and ASI 178mm mounted on a SkyWatcher SolarQuest.
FD image in CaK using a FLO StellaMira 80mm ED f/10, stopped down to 60mm, Lunt CaK 1200 module and ASI 183mm camera mounted on a SkyWatcher SolarQuest.
Click on images to view them in full size on AstroBin.
Best regards,
Arne
