This mornings Sun - plenty of flare action!
This mornings Sun - plenty of flare action!
Grettings Solar Friends,
A front is moving through and seeing was not ideal, but the sky was clear. I decieded to to Halpha today because last weekend was white light! there is just not enough time to do it all. If another wavelength comes along to shoot the Sun it, Im going to have to retire early so I can just spend all day processing images.
All images Lunt LS100, DMK51 processed best 25 frames out of 1200 in Autostakkert.
Here is todays full disk prom display:
The full disk with the Antares .5x focal reducer:
The next bunch of images are with the 3x klee shortie barlow. The best Hydrogen alpha barlow in the world.
Thanks for looking. I hope we all get some aurora soon, the suns flaring is constant.
Chris
