Hi Folks-
Work is hectic but I finally managed to squeeze a few images in on Nov 17. These are with a Pt Grey Chamaeleon camera and a variety of scopes and configurations. Lunt 100/DS/Luntanado/ES127ED/ES80ED. and a Lunt solar wedge. Seeing was lousy, but the sun was too active to pass up.

Excellent images Jim :
You have an interesting pattern in the umbra of the large sunspot in the Ha images...don't think I've seen that sort of feature before!

Re: Nov 17 solar activity
Some nice work in there Jim.
The ASI 120 is a really good performer. Pity about the gamma on the Skyris, I supect it limits its performance especially on prom work.

Re: Nov 17 solar activity
Thanks all--as I mentioned seeing was really "iffy".
Brian and Alexandra--yeah--you can see a bit of that feature in the umbra in Dereks inverse shot in todays photo of the day. Not sure if it looks like Jesus, though lol.
