Very interesting indeed although I don't think we will be able to apply it at home?
Interesting to note I need to have a maximum of 10ms for exposure times and collect data within 5 seconds, that is a helpful tip

Take it easier, Alexandra! All is not so bad. I usually use a recording cadence up to 20sec with an 11" telescope, especially near large sun spots where strong magnetic field "stabilize" the landscape.
A 15 sec cadence is OK for 11". At the best seeing I use a 10 sec cadence.
