Hi Folks,
Here are some data showing further geomagnetic unrest during January as the magnetic field carried by the solar wind turned south periodically these past three days. The event gave rise to bright aurora and produced geomagnetic effects easily detected on magnetometers around the globe, including my own operated from here in the UK.
No chance of seeing any aurora from here with the weather, but some of you in the more norther or southern regions of our planet might have been luckier. I'd be interested to know.
