AR2738 on a fine morning

Post by Davidm »

Grabbed this shot yesterday of the very impressive sunspot, with a bright dot in the penumbra. A couple of breaks in the dodgy seeing gave a good result with the 3.5x barlow on the LS152.

An excellent image, Dave. AR2738 continues to be an impressive target.

Thanks all. It's been cloudy here ever since, so good to see everyone's images.
