AR2741 with 250mm RCT

Post by Carbon60 » Tue May 14, 2019 8:38 am

I spent more time re-collimating the RCT with a Takahashi collimating scope and gave it a run this morning before travelling off to Nantes on Business.

The conditions were not ideal, but there's definitely an improvement over my recent trials. I think with this and improved stacking (as per Alexandra's thoughts in a recent post) then there might be further hope for better results.

Thanks for looking.

Glad to see the big scope working so well. Nothing wrong with that image. Smooth and clean. Good one Stu.

Excellent image, Stu.
Looks like great potential for hi-res images with that scope.
Cheers.
